Zoe Saldana is the child of Asalia Saldana and Aridio Nazario. Her birthplace was in Passaic (New Jersey) on the 19th of June, 1978. Her parents, Aridio and Asalia have both been Puerto Ricans. She was raised by her mother who lived in Queens. At the age of 10, older her family and she moved towards the Dominican Republic, where they would live for the next seven years. As they remained in the country, Zoe discovered a keen passion for performance dancing and began her training at the world-class ECOS Espacio de Danza Dance Academy in which she was taught ballet, as well as various other dance forms. While her education did offer a great outlet for the enthusiastic and energetic youngster, it would also prove to be a fortunate precursor for the start of her professional acting career. Zoe and family returned back to in the United States with Zoe at 17 and her interest for theatre performance and dance was a growing. Deutch previously collaborated with Silberman for the Netflix smash Set It Up 2018.
