Lowe was host for two hours on the sidelines of an ESPN UK live FA Cup Quarter Final in March 2012 when Bolton Midfielder Fabrice Mamba was struck by A heart attack while during the game. In the evening she made an appearance on almost every UK news station. Lowe is the very first female Briton to present a FA Cup Final six-hour-long live broadcast, was announced in May 2012. Lowe previously worked at Setanta Sports, as both as a journalist and host. She was the host of the groundbreaking coverage for Football Conference from Setanta Sports between 2007 and 2009.
